The most common military battle scars are the ones we cannot see — traumatic brain injury (TBI) and psychological health (PH) conditions , including post-traumatic stress . Sadly, they're also the most commonly untreated.
Inspired by NAPA AUTO PARTS' military family, including employees and customers, NAPA has helped raise millions in support of the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, an organization that helps build treatment and rehabilitation centers where soldiers and their families can heal from TBI and psychological health conditions.
What does your donation do? When you support the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, 100 percent of your donation helps IFHF pay for the construction of Intrepid Spirit centers at major military bases around the country — facilities specifically designed to diagnose and treat soldiers and families dealing with the effects of TBI and psychological health conditions. These centers provide the most advanced care possible to returning military personnel and enhance the means of properly identifying and diagnosing these conditions.
Since 2012, our support has helped the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund build five Intrepid Spirit Centers located in:
